Yakov and Yocheved Goldblum

2025 Dor L’Dor Award 

Yocheved and Yakov Meir Goldblum have been longstanding and engaged members of the Chabad Community for many years. During this time they have enriched our community with their positive, upbeat approach to life and genuine friendships. 

Yocheved and Yakov Meir have dedicated themselves to a life permeated with the spirit of our Torah and its traditions. Their home has become a center for gatherings and celebrations as well as a regular Shabbat destination for many. Yakov Meir is a stalwart attendee of Chabad’s Daily Minyan and Yocheved is the treasurer and a dedicated member of the Starr Family JDS’ Board of Directors. 

Whether grilling Texas barbecue for Chabad’s Men's Socials, roasting briskets for Shabbat Kiddush or making shakshuka and pancakes for community breakfasts, Yakov Meir and Yocheved are always ready to roll up their sleeves to make good things happen. 

They are the proud parents of Ezra, Avigael, Miriam Rochel, Laya Brocha and Esther Rivka.
